The General Manager, Benue State Environmental Sanitation Authority (BENSESA) Mrs. Daniel Nashima has wished staff and the general public a happy Christmas and a prosperous new year.

Mrs. Daniel Nashima commended particularly the staff for their dedication, resilience and commitment towards ensuring that the sanitation activities are fully carried out across the state as enshrined in the statutory mandate of the Authority. Through these activities, hygiene practices are being promoted which aim at having a befitting environment within which all citizens can live healthily.

She also thanked His Excellency, the Executive Governor for the financial support he has given to the Authority through which developmental activities have taken place to include renovation of administrative office complex, repair of 21 units broken down refuse collection trucks, procurement of personal protective equipment (PPEs) other working tools are head pans, safety boots, cutlasses, rakes, brooms, among others.

The General Manager finally called on the Christian faithful to reflect on the real essence of the birth of Jesus Christ whom His birth marked the redemption of mankind as they are to accept Him through their acts of kindness in sharing to those who do not have as well as unconditional love to one another.
